This book (in our objective opinion) is STILL the finest book on carving full-sized carousel animals ever written. Its 96 pages are clearly illustrated with excellent photographs and drawings. Many beginning carvers have used this Manual to produce their own beautiful carousel figures. Although the book is written about carving horses, the same principles apply to carving menagerie figures.
